Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Ignited Flames Candles. Every candle we create is individually handcrafted with exceptional attention to detail. Because of the artistry involved, each order is made specifically for you.

Made-to-Order Production

All Ignited Flames candles are made to order. We do not mass produce or warehouse our sculptural candles.

Production typically requires:

  • 3–7 business days for standard orders.
  • 5–10 business days for custom colors, fragrances, glam finishes, or larger orders.
  • Wedding, event, wholesale, and bulk orders may require additional production time.

Production begins once your order has been confirmed.

Shipping Times

After production is complete, your order will be shipped using the shipping method selected during checkout.

Estimated carrier delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (shipping speed only; production time still applies)

Delivery estimates do not include weekends, holidays, weather delays, or carrier-related issues.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

Ignited Flames is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during checkout.

If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, additional shipping charges will apply before it can be reshipped.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Include your order number.
  • Provide clear photos of:
    • the damaged candle(s)
    • the shipping box
    • all packaging materials

We will review your claim and determine the appropriate resolution.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • VAT
  • Brokerage fees
  • Any additional government-imposed charges

These fees are not included in your purchase price.
