At Ignited Flames, every candle is handcrafted specifically for you.
Because our products are made-to-order and are considered perishable personal-use items, all sales are final.
For health, safety, and quality assurance reasons, returned candles cannot be resold.
Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Ordered the wrong item
- Didn't like the scent
- Didn't like the color
- Ordered by mistake
- No longer needed
- Delayed shipping caused by the carrier
- Minor cosmetic variations that naturally occur with handcrafted products
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled.
Custom Orders
Because custom candles are created exclusively for you, they cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged after production has begun.
Custom orders include:
- Custom colors
- Custom fragrances
- Glam finishes
- Personalized requests
- Event orders
- Wedding orders
If We Made a Mistake
If you receive:
- the wrong product
- the wrong fragrance
- the wrong color
- an incorrect customization
- a manufacturing defect
please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
After reviewing your claim, Ignited Flames may choose to:
- replace the item
- remake the candle
- issue a store credit
- issue a refund when appropriate
Refunds are issued only when the error is the result of our mistake.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Ignited Flames is not responsible for packages marked as Delivered by the shipping carrier.
Customers should contact the carrier directly regarding lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
